DRESS STANDARDS and NAME BADGES
Dress Standards
The dress standard that is observed in Adelaide Metro Division games uses the least casual standard set by our Host Clubs. Consequently, although some Clubs may have a more relaxed standard players should ensure that they are neatly and suitably attired and:
Not wear denim including denim jeans,
Not wear football, tennis, or abbreviated shorts, nor “shorts” that extend below the knee,
If wearing shorts, wear plain, white socks (no coloured bands) although maker’s marks/logos may be displayed
Not display offensive or ostentatious slogans and advertising motifs,
Not wear Track/Leisure Suits, shirts without a collar, “T” shirts or Tank Tops,
Steel-spiked golf shoes are not permitted at ANY veterans’ golf event;
Thongs (that is the footwear type!), ripple soled or basketball style shoes are not permitted on the course nor in the Club House.
The Adelaide Metro Division has adopted a “club” shirt and cap. We can place an order for you with our supplier for either or both items. The present cost for a shirt is $30.00 and $10.00 for the cap. If you have your own "bucket hat" you can have our logo embroidered onto it. Just contact Dick Scurrell. Name Badges
All players are required to wear a NAME BADGE throughout the week of a Tour.
Badges are available from Evright Trophies, Blenheim Street Adelaide (Adjacent to the Adelaide Mail Centre in Gouger Street). Due to increasing costs, TWO badges is the minimum order but different names can be printed on each badge e.g. yours and your partner's name (if accompanied by a partner) can be "printed" on each badge at an approximate cost of $8.50 each (that is, minimum cost of $17.00) but must be paid for on collection or prior to delivery.

Evright Trophies can mail the badge to your mailing address at additional cost (currently $12.50).
