NOTICE TO MEMBERS RE BOOKINGS FOR ADELAIDE METRO DIVISION EVENTS

Committee has decided that, in future, the total bookings that will be accepted for Monday events conducted by the Adelaide Metro Division Veteran Golfers' Association will be restricted to a total of 120 players.

If the total number of players who register exceeds this number, bookings will be accepted in priority of the date bookings are received.

The On Line Booking sheet for the next game will be adjusted after the previous game to limit the number of on line bookings to vacancies. A Wait List will be established - if you are placed on the Wait List when  booking would you please quote your 'phone number so you can  be contacted to advise if you have been upgraded from the Wait List to the Active List.

Members will not be notified if their entry is unsuccessful.

It will benefit all members if they could conform with previous committee requests to immediately notify the Booking Officer of cancellations and, if the booking was made on line, cancel that on  line booking.
